Project Overview
Motorcycle tubes are butyl-rubber air chambers fitted inside tube-type motorcycle tires. They are used on wheels that do not seal air pressure directly at the rim.The range covers commuter, farm, and delivery motorcycles, scooters, classic motorcycles, dirt bikes, motocross bikes, enduro motorcycles, and other spoked or tube-type wheel systems.
-
Butyl Motorcycle Inner TubeDirt bikes face tough trails, where tubes can be cut by rocks or roots at any moment. We designed this butyl motorcycle inner tube for professional off-road riders.
-
Heavy Duty Motorcycle TubesStandard motorcycle tubes are usually about 1.0 mm thick. Our heavy duty motorcycle tube is 1.2 mm thick, providing 20% more material for improved puncture resistance.
-
Ultra Heavy Duty Dirt Bike TubesThis tube is designed for heavy-load motorcycles and extremely rough roads. Our ultra heavy duty dirt bike tube has a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, which is 50% thicker than standard tubes.
-
Heavy Duty Motorcycle Inner TubesThe front wheel of a dirt bike handles both steering and shock absorption. If the front tube bursts, the rider can crash severely. That’s why we designed this heavy duty motorcycle inner tube...
-
Ultra Heavy Duty Motorcycle TubesThis model has the same specifications as Product 30 but is offered as a separate SKU, making it easier to choose between front-only and universal tubes.
-
Dirt Bike Front Tire TubeThis product is our all-rounder. It covers main sizes for bikes, e-bikes, and motorcycles. If you prefer to stock fewer models, this one tube is enough. Sizes cover a wide range, from small kid...

Valve Options
TR4 Straight Valve. TR4 is used on many road, commuter, farm, scooter, and light off-road motorcycle rims. It provides a straight inflation point and is available across common 10- to 18-inch tube sizes.
TR6 Straight Valve. TR6 is selected for some off-road and larger spoked-wheel applications that need a longer, reinforced stem. Current production includes front-wheel sizes such as 80/100-21 and 90/90-21.
Angled or Offset Valve. Angled and offset stems can be made for scooter and specialty rims with an off-center valve hole or limited pump access. The valve angle, offset, and base orientation are set from the rim drawing or an original tube sample.
Manufacturing Ability
The motorcycle range includes standard, heavy-duty, and off-road constructions with wall thicknesses of approximately 1.0 to 1.8 mm. Existing sizes include 2.75-17, 3.00-17, 3.00-18, 3.25-18, 80/100-21, 110/100-18, and 140/80-18.
Thicker motorcycle tubes need tighter control during extrusion, splice preparation, valve-base bonding, and vulcanization. Curing temperature and time are set for each wall grade to reduce under-cured joints, local hardening, and dimensional distortion.
The factory completes compounding, tube forming, valve assembly, vulcanization, testing, and packing at one site. Annual capacity exceeds 20 million inner tubes. Established motorcycle models are normally scheduled for shipment within one month after order approval.

Quality Control
Inspectors check the splice and valve base for alignment, bonding coverage, and local thickness. Batch samples are then tested for splice tension and valve pull strength before the lot is released.
After vulcanization, wall thickness, circumference, section width, valve position, and surface condition are measured. Heavy-duty and off-road tubes have separate curing records to confirm that the thicker wall has vulcanized evenly.
Every finished tube is inflated and inspected for leakage, deformation, valve sealing, and visible defects. Batch tests cover pressure retention, tensile and elongation performance, flex fatigue, and heat aging. The inspection record stays linked to the production lot.

Existing and project sizes cover motorcycle wheels from 10 to 21 inches. Both inch and metric tire markings are available for scooter, commuter, farm, road, enduro, and motocross applications.
Wall thickness and compound can be specified for standard road use, 1.2 mm heavy-duty use, or approximately 1.5-1.8 mm reinforced off-road use. Front and rear constructions can be specified separately when the load or tire dimensions require different tube designs.
Approved files can be used for tube-body logos, FRONT or REAR identification, size and valve markings, batch codes, individual boxes or bags, instruction labels, and export-carton artwork.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can motorcycle tube samples be supplied?
-
Existing-size samples can be supplied for tire-fit and valve-position checks. A new size, valve orientation, compound, or printed marking normally takes about seven days after the technical specification is approved.
Which shipping methods are available?
-
Samples and urgent small consignments can be sent by courier or air. Commercial orders can move by sea, rail, or DDP service to the named warehouse. Pallets, moisture protection, and carton marks are arranged according to the shipping plan.
Should the tube be replaced when the motorcycle tire is replaced?
-
Yes. A tube used for the full life of a tire has already gone through repeated flexing, heat, pressure cycles, and valve movement. Replacing the tube and rim band with the tire removes parts that may have hidden splice, valve, or aging damage.
Can one motorcycle tube cover several tire sizes?
-
One tube may cover several tire markings only when the sizes fall within its approved dimensional range and use the same rim diameter and valve position. A tube that is too large can fold and pinch. A tube that is too small stays overstretched and puts extra stress on the splice and valve base.
