Valve type and stem length are selected according to the rim profile and valve-hole requirements.
Wall thickness can be specified for standard, reinforced, high-pressure, e-bike or motorcycle applications, subject to technical review. Private-label options include logo printing on the tube, color markings, individual foil or nylon bags, labels, barcodes and export cartons. Final product specifications, printing details and packaging artwork are confirmed through an approved sample before mass production.

OEM/ODM Process

Specification Review & Sampling
Send us your size list, technical drawing or physical sample, together with the required valve type, wall thickness, target quantity and packaging details. We review technical feasibility, available tooling, MOQ, sampling requirements and lead time, then confirm the quotation and sample plan. Trial samples are produced according to the agreed specification for evaluation.

Sample Approval & Mass Production
Mass production begins only after the product sample and packaging artwork are approved. Production follows the confirmed specification and approved reference sample. Key stages-including compounding, extrusion, splicing, valve assembly and vulcanization-are controlled according to the agreed quality requirements. Any change after approval is documented and reconfirmed before production continues.

Inspection, Packing & Dispatch
Every finished tube undergoes visual inspection and 100% inflation testing before packing. Tube printing, labels, barcodes, individual packaging and export cartons are checked against the approved artwork before dispatch. The final production and shipment schedule is confirmed based on order quantity, packaging complexity and delivery terms.
