- Schrader / AV. This valve fits the larger automotive-style hole used on many city, children’s, mountain, and utility bicycle rims. A 32 mm stem is standard, and longer stems can be supplied for deeper rims.
- Presta / FV. The narrower FV valve is used on road, gravel, touring, and performance bicycle rims. Available stem lengths are 48, 60, and 80 mm, covering conventional rims and deeper sections.
- Dunlop / DV. DV valves are supplied for city and utility bicycles in markets that still use Dunlop or Woods systems. Before production, the valve is matched to the rim hole and the pump standard used in the destination market.
The 33,000 m² production site handles rubber compounding, tube forming, valve assembly, vulcanization, inflation inspection, and packing. Annual output is more than 20 million inner tubes, so different bicycle sizes and constructions can be scheduled within the same production program.
Production settings are adjusted for standard butyl tubes, high-pressure road tubes, reinforced mountain-bike tubes, wide sections, latex tubes, and self-sealing versions. Circumference, section width, wall thickness, splice geometry, and curing conditions follow the approved specification for each model.
An in-house technical team supports tooling changes and process adjustments for new dimensions, functional compounds, and special tube structures. The company’s production and quality work also draws on 53 patented technologies.
Quality Control
Before production starts, each batch of butyl or latex compound is identified together with the valve stems, valve bases, and sealing materials assigned to it. The batch record connects the finished tubes with the corresponding material and process data.
During forming and vulcanization, inspectors check circumference, section width, wall thickness, splice condition, and valve-base position. High-pressure and wide-section models use their own limits for curing time and dimensional tolerance.
Every finished tube is inflated before packing and checked for leakage, valve sealing, splice defects, surface damage, and deformation. Batch testing also covers pressure retention, tensile and elongation performance, heat aging, and the sealing performance of self-sealing models.
Existing tooling covers 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 24, 26, 27.5, and 29 inch sizes, as well as 700C. Section widths are available for narrow road tires, standard city and MTB tires, and wide 2.125-4.0 inch applications.
The product range includes standard butyl, lightweight latex, high-pressure, reinforced, extra-thick, wide-section, and pre-filled self-sealing tubes. Wall thickness and compound formulation are selected according to the tire size and intended operating conditions.
Approved artwork can be used for tube-body printing, private-label graphics, barcodes, specification labels, individual polybags, color boxes, bundled packs, and export carton printing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can samples be supplied before an order?

Existing-size samples are available for fit and material checks. When a project requires a new size, compound, printed marking, or tube construction, sample preparation normally takes about seven days after the specification is confirmed.
What payment terms are used?

Standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment. Quotations are issued in USD and list the product specification, quantity, packing method, and freight terms separately.
Can these tubes be used in tubeless-ready bicycle tires?

They can be used when the tire and rim manufacturers allow an inner tube. The tubeless valve must be removed, suitable rim tape installed, and the tube size and valve selected correctly. Inflation must stay within the lower pressure limit stated for the tire or rim.
How should unused bicycle inner tubes be stored?

Store unused tubes in sealed packaging in a cool, dry, dark place. Keep them away from sunlight, heat, ozone-producing equipment, oil, and solvents. Cartons should remain upright without heavy loads on top, which can create permanent folds near the valve or splice.
