Moped Tire Tube

Our moped tire tube is made for the light moped market. These vehicles are commonly called "small scooters" in many countries. Our product uses butyl rubber with a wall thickness of 1.0–1.2mm. It fits popular moped sizes including 2.50-17, 2.75-17, 3.00-17, 2.75-18, and 3.00-18. The valve is TR4 standard. We started making moped and motorcycle tubes when we entered this industry in 2011. Over the years, we have built deep experience in product production. Our monthly capacity is 1 million tubes. The product makes up a significant portion of this volume. It has high market coverage in European and Southeast Asian moped repair and replacement markets.

Mopeds are the main daily transportation in many countries and regions. They run long distances every day and face high usage frequency. This puts high demands on tube durability.
