Through the gradual refinement of its production facilities and quality control systems, the company has steadily expanded its production scale; its current facility covers an area of 33,000 square meters and possesses an annual production capacity exceeding 20 million inner tubes. The company's production base is situated in Zone C of the Industrial Park in Jinxi County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province. Spanning an area of 33,000 square meters, the facility serves as the core hub for the production and R&D of the company's butyl synthetic rubber inner tubes. The base is equipped with a comprehensive suite of inner tube manufacturing and testing machinery, covering the entire production workflow-from compounding, molding, and vulcanization to quality inspection. Supported by proprietary production processes and 53 patented technologies, the facility has achieved large-scale production of butyl inner tubes for bicycles, electric vehicles, and light motorcycles, maintaining a stable annual production capacity of over 20 million units. The factory has established a standardized quality control system that implements rigorous inspections throughout the entire process-from raw material intake to finished product dispatch-and utilizes internally developed testing equipment to ensure product performance and consistency. The base currently employs a dedicated team of 31 professionals across production, technical, and quality control departments. Operating under standardized production management protocols, the facility is fully capable of fulfilling both bulk orders and OEM/ODM customization requirements. Furthermore, leveraging its strategic location adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta region, the base benefits from convenient logistics and transportation networks, enabling it to efficiently meet delivery demands from both domestic and international markets.
