Manufacturing Capabilities
Vimia's Jiangxi production base brings the principal stages of butyl inner tube manufacturing into one operating site. This page covers production scale, the factory workflow, core machinery and the path from finished tube packing to dispatch.
Factory and Production Capacity
The manufacturing base in Jinxi County, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province is built for butyl synthetic rubber inner tubes used in bicycle, e-bike and light-motorcycle wheel systems

Inner Tube Manufacturing Process
The production route is organized as a connected sequence rather than separate outsourced stages, keeping material preparation, tube forming and curing within one factory workflow.

Compounding and Tube Forming
Butyl rubber compounds are prepared for the required tube construction and then formed into continuous tube sections. This stage establishes the material body and dimensional basis used by the following assembly operations.

Splicing and Valve Assembly
Formed tube sections are joined into the finished ring and matched with the specified valve configuration. Splicing and valve-base positioning prepare the tube for the curing stage.

Vulcanization and Production Release
Assembled tubes are vulcanized to establish their final form and material properties. Finished tubes then move into the factory's inspection and packing flow before dispatch.
Production Equipment
Vimia's installed equipment covers the main mechanical stages required to manufacture butyl inner tubes from prepared compound through finished-tube handling.

Packaging, Warehousing and Shipment
Finished tubes remain within the factory's operating flow through packing and dispatch, allowing product identification and shipment preparation to follow the confirmed order files.

Finished-Product Packing
Tubes are packed according to the confirmed SKU and packaging specification. Product marks, labels, barcodes, individual packs and outer cartons can be matched to the approved order files.

Order-Based Dispatch Handling
Packed finished goods move into the plant's dispatch stage by order and product specification. The factory's operating scope extends from raw-material processing through finished-product dispatch at the same production base.

Shipment Coordination
The production and shipment schedule is set against order quantity, packaging configuration and agreed delivery terms. Export orders are prepared for release after production and packing are completed.
