Heavy Duty Motorcycle Inner Tube

Our heavy duty motorcycle inner tube is made for heavy cruisers, sidecar motorcycles, and heavy touring bikes. This product uses high-strength butyl rubber. The wall thickness is 1.5mm. It fits common heavy motorcycle sizes including 3.00-17, 3.00-18, 3.25-17, and 3.25-18. The valve is TR4. The pressure range is 2.0–2.8 bar. Heavy motorcycles weigh much more than regular bikes. They also carry heavier loads. This puts higher demands on tube pressure capacity and durability. Our product includes a high-modulus reinforcing component in the compound. This improves the tube's creep resistance under long-term heavy loads. Even after months of heavy use, it does not easily deform or age.

One of our major domestic customers for our heavy duty motorcycle inner tube is a provincial postal system. They use sidecar motorcycles for mail delivery in remote mountain areas. These bikes carry full loads of mail every day on mountain roads. Tire wear is very high. After they tried our product, their replacement cycle went from two months to over four months. Their failure rate dropped by more than half. Later, this customer switched all their sidecar motorcycles in the province to our product. This project gave us great satisfaction. Our product actually helped postal workers have fewer breakdowns on the road. This allowed them to focus on their important work.
