Principle of Inner Tube Installation Without Removing Wheels
Installing an inner tube on an electric bike without removing the wheels sounds like magic, but the principle is actually quite simple: by cleverly utilizing the gap between the wheel and tire, the new inner tube is inserted and secured. This method works for most electric bikes, especially those with simpler wheel structures. The key is finding the right tools and mastering the correct operating sequence.

Specific Operating Steps

Preparation: Ensure the vehicle is parked securely, and prepare the new inner tube, tire pry bar, and pump.

Deflate and Loosen the Tire: First, deflate the old inner tube. Use the tire pry bar to pry one side of the tire away from the rim, creating enough space for operation.

Installing the New Inner Tube: Carefully insert the new inner tube through the pryed-open gap, ensuring it is laid flat and not twisted. Then inflate to check if it is properly installed.

Precautions
Avoid using sharp tools during operation to prevent puncturing the inner tube or damaging the rim.

After installation, always check that the inner tube is fully unfolded to avoid folding and causing a tire blowout while riding.

If you encounter excessive resistance or are unable to complete the operation, it is recommended to seek professional help. Do not force the operation to avoid damaging the vehicle.
