This tube is designed for heavy-load motorcycles and extremely rough roads. Our ultra heavy duty dirt bike tube has a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, which is 50% thicker than standard tubes. Made of premium butyl rubber, it has higher purity, fewer impurities, and excellent aging and tear resistance. Sizes range from 10 to 18 inches: 3.00-10, 3.00-12, 3.00-17, 3.00-18, as well as 3.25-17 and 3.25-18. Recommended air pressure is 2.0 to 2.8 bar; for heavy loads, 2.8 bar is suggested.

Our factory holds 53 patents and developed the process for these ultra heavy duty dirt bike tubes in-house. Thick tubes require longer vulcanization time and precise temperature control, a skill we have mastered. Our defect rate is very low. Monthly production capacity is 1 million units.
