It works well in both city and rural areas with complex road conditions. We support OEM and ODM customization for our product. We can adjust wall thickness from 1.0mm to 1.5mm based on your needs. Our thick inner tube is a high-durability product for rough riding conditions. It is made for areas with frequent punctures and poor roads. This product uses butyl rubber with a 1.2mm wall thickness. That is over 30% thicker than standard tubes. The puncture resistance and wear resistance are much better. Our product works well on construction sites, rural roads, and gravel paths. These are the places where punctures happen most often. Even with the extra thickness, our product stays flexible. We optimized the rubber compound and vulcanization process. This makes installation easy. You will not struggle to fit it onto the wheel.

Our technical team spent six months on this problem. We adjusted the compound and wall thickness many times. Finally, we released this product. In real-world use, our product greatly reduces punctures on gravel and construction roads. Repair frequency drops significantly.
