Scooters are the most popular type of motorcycle in the world. The 3.00-10 size sells in huge volumes. We designed this scooter innertube for that market. Available sizes include 3.00-10, 3.50-10, 90/90-10, and 3.50-12, with 3.00-10 being the most commonly used. Wall thickness ranges from 1.0 to 1.2 mm. Scooters often brake and accelerate in city traffic, so the tube must resist wear and heat. Our butyl formula is optimized for improved heat resistance. Valves are available in TR4 and JS87C; JS87C is bent to fit some modified scooter rims. Recommended air pressure is 2.0 to 2.8 bar (approximately 29 to 40 PSI).

Our factory holds 53 patents. We built an automatic testing machine specifically for this scooter innertube. Every tube undergoes an air retention test and joint strength test before leaving the factory. Defective tubes are removed automatically, ensuring that every tube you receive meets our quality standards. Monthly production capacity is 1 million units, and the minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces. Sizes can be mixed in one order. We support OEM, and free samples are available. Custom samples take about one week. Our quality complies with national standards, and third-party inspection is allowed.

Warranty is 3 months. Payment terms are 30% in advance and 70% before shipment. We accept USD and ship DDP to your warehouse. If you sell scooter parts, it is recommended to stock up on the 3.00-10 size. This scooter innertube should be kept in large quantities on your shelf.
