Mountain bike riders care about weight. We designed this lightweight MTB tube with that in mind. It is 20% to 35% lighter than standard tubes, which helps with climbing and acceleration. Two material options are available: light butyl for good value, or natural latex, which is even lighter, softer, and offers lower rolling resistance. Wall thickness is 0.6 to 0.7 mm. Available sizes are 26, 27.5, and 29 inches, covering the three main mountain bike wheel sizes. Valves are all FV48 mm, and recommended air pressure is 35 to 55 PSI.

Our factory holds 53 patents and has improved the production process for this lightweight MTB tube. Despite the thinner wall, strength remains high. Fatigue tests using our own testing machines show that under normal use, this tube does not leak easily. Our factory spans 50 acres with 60 workers in production. Monthly capacity is 1 million units, and orders ship within one month. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, and sizes can be mixed. We support OEM, and your brand can be printed on the tubes.

Quality meets national standards, and every tube undergoes an air test before packing. Third-party inspection is allowed. Warranty is 3 months, with port damage handled case by case.
